My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a dire warning. This place feels like nothing more than an automated business that truly cares nothing about its customers; they are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered glasses, expecting "next day delivery" as their site promised, even paying an extra $19.95 for it. Hours later, I received an email stating it would take "3 business days." This deception prompted me to try and reach customer service, hoping for a resolution, but that proved to be an exercise in pure frustration.
Customer: I paid for next day delivery, but my order is now showing a 3-business-day processing time. I need my $19.95 next day delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration regarding the delivery timeframe. I see your order was placed on the 18th and is currently in process. Customer: "In process" for a week when I paid for "next day"? And these are Plano lenses, no prescription needed! There's nothing to "produce." This is unacceptable. I've tried live chat and emails, and no one responded. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the discrepancy in the delivery service you paid for. I'm checking into the status of your refund request for the delivery fee right now. Please bear with me for a moment. Customer: It shouldn't be this difficult. I just want what I paid for or my money back for a service you clearly didn't provide.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of false promises and terrible customer service.
